Sinclair Group has acquired the assets of Cambrian, known in the U.S. as FOCUS Management Development.

Mike Herbert, founder and principal of FOCUS Management Development will join Sinclair Group as a Principal and Senior Vice President.  Mike has a Ph.D. in the behavioral sciences with an emphasis on team dynamics and interpersonal relationships.  He has applied his knowledge and skills in both academic and corporate settings.  Founded in 1990, FOCUS Management Development has guided some of North America's leading companies to improved business performance through application of his key principle of "doing the right things the right way."
